Free tracked shipping on every order

Every BoxerBuds order ships free with tracking. No minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–12 business days from the date your order ships. Times can run longer during holidays, sales periods or in remote areas.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your parcel. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change the address before your order ships.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the delivery window, get in touch through our contact page and we'll make it right.
